Film Festival Report: Photos and Media Coverage

NKnet hosted its first North Korean Human Rights International Film Festival on November 10-11 at Dongguk University in Seoul. Over 300 people attended the opening ceremony on the first night! Opening Ceremony (개막식)

The opening ceremony the first night drew a packed crowd in the 300-seat theater.

Pyongyang-trained pianist Kim Cheol Woong (김철웅), who appears in Kimjongilia, opens the evening.

Singer Park Seon Hui is accompanied by Kim Cheol Woong.

Actor Park Sang Min served as the evening's emcee.
