A Seminar Held by the Network for North Korean Democracy and Human Rights


1. What is North Korea’s cyber terrorism?
North Korea’s provocations in the cyber-world are widespread. In 2009, North Korea attacked South Korean cyberspace with a DDOS attack, and on April 12, 2011, a South Korean bank was attacked. There is a growing need to study North Korea’s cyber attacks.

2. Response to North Korea’s cyber terrorism.
South Korean society is vulnerable to North Korean cyber attacks, as has become apparent in the recent cyber terror cases. In the seminar, necessary responses by South Korean society and cyber experts will be discussed.
