VOICE: A New Program of Open Radio for North Korea

Record your VOICE and air it to North Koreans! Open Radio for North Korea is launching a new program, VOICE (Voice of International Companions on Earth), that foreigners and Koreans alike are encouraged to attend. There is a lecture series and then at the end you can record your message to be broadcast to North Korea. But hurry, you have to be one of the first 50 to sign up!
